Maybe he thinks he driving a Ferrari since they helped chevy with the design of the car and suspension. But in reality he paid 100k for a chevy.

What's sad is the Corvette is an awesome car, no shame in it. It's like wearing an Omega and slapping a Patek logo on it.

 

Very bad taste to put the SF logo on it, but that's a Chevy that I would be very proud to own.

 

Shields a bit on the small size which might match the owners errr whatever

 

I’m not knocking the car but for that price range there are other suitable cars I would choose maybe a Porsche? Used mclaren? Amg? M-series? Etc....

I hear ya, to each their own. I've always placed the Vette in sort of it's own 'category' distinct from the Chevy Cobalt. - sort of like the Ford GT, Honda NSX, Toyota LFA, Huyndai RM 20N, etc.

 

The worst part about being a Corvette guy? Corvette owners.

 

Well...no. opposite in fact. Ferrari uses the GM magnaride suspension tech from the 458 on words. I suppose you could say Chev borrowed a few cues for that new engine tho..especially in the Z06.

Second..I'll bet that guy has a Ferrari at home with Corvette badges on it.

 

I always wanted to put a bumpersticker on my Ferrari that said my other car is a Honda.

 

I worked with a guy years ago who drive a late 70’s Chevy Caprice with a bumper sticker that said “My other car is a piece of **** too.”
