That's a pretty good concept except I can't read German.(English version doesn't work.) What happens if the lift is broken or power goes out? Does that mean car is stranded? Do you have to leave your car exposed to the elements all the time? I imagine car thievery would be real slim in one of those condos.

Hmm. There might be safety that neighbors won't be able to touch your Ferrari or whatever, but I don't know if the cost is worth the convenience over having monitored and gated underground parking. I guess you wouldn't have to haul your groceries far.

I just don't know how the 3-3.5 million euro pricetags compare to other buildings nearby that don't have the car lift.

What a concept: in a hurry, you can just bypass the lift and launch the Ferrari right off the deck, perhaps with assistance from one of those catapults similar to what is used on aircraft carriers.:)

That building would look like crap from the street with all of those cars hanging off of the side of it.

I'm going to develop Helipad Condos, where every apartment will have a landing pad for a personal helicopter.

I'll start in LA area, then take it to CT/Long Island.

seriously, I don't have the patience to wait for most regular elevators in office buildings let alone wait for the presumably super-slow carloft/lift. There would be no way to leave in a hurry
