So I have a couple small problems with the new car and wanted to get some input. Its an 89 testarossa.

Neither of the auto seat belts are working and neither are the rear view mirrors. When I go my 348 something similar was happening and it turned out to be a group of wires in the door jam that fixed everything. Is this something similar?

Also, the owners manual is being shipped to me but in the meantime, what do the three buttons on the bottom of the seat control. I can't get it to recline?

    Thanks!!!

Automatic Seat Belts = NHTSA recall = dealer will fix for free -- and, if the warning lights in the center console aren't lit-up, they (or at least one) probably are (is) broken, and someone has unplugged the ECUs to make the warning lights go out.

With regard to the side mirror motors/mechanisms:

    1. Are your turn signals working (same fuse)?

    2. Are both sides (LH & RH) and both motions (up-down and in-out) dead?

PS If you get registered at www.ferrariowners.com, you can download F OMs (as a .pdf file) for free.

+1 Steve. I just had my seat belts and belt ecu's done for free. Recall was never done. You can call your local F dealer and they will run your vin to see if it has ever been done. Mirror issue? No idea but Steve is the man especially with electrical and wiring issues.

One again welcome and lots of luck with your new car.
