Just got my counts back (thanks Rob!), but noticed that I'm no longer a "F1 Veteran", but a "F1 Rookie". Did the count levels change? I think on the old forum 2,501 got you the "F1 Veteran". What is the new structure Rob? On second thought I could just follow DES' career and see where it changes. Shouldn't take more than a week.
Hey Bubba, I will be over next week for the Macau GP. Anybody got their Farrari's out for the GT race. I lived out there for 11 years but this will be my first time back since leaving 2 years ago. Pretty excited. Wazza
I figure that Rob has too much going on right now, work, personal life, f chat, etc... I'm in no hurry so it's not a big concern to me right now. Just thank him for his hard work.
Here's the new ratings, I made it a little tougher and made it so we could add more levels... Rookie 0 Karting 50 Formula Junior 250 Formula 3 1000 F1 Rookie 2500 F1 Veteran 5000 F1 World Champ 10000 After F1 World Champ as users get there (DES), we'll add Two Time World Champ and on and on. Imagine how many posts some will have in 50 years? Scary.
Hey Rob, Since we are on the subject, what is the possibility of getting my post count back? Not that I had a tremendous amount before (somewhere shy of 200 posts), but it sure looked better than the 2 or 3 it shows I have now. Thanks, Chris
LOL, see what I have to deal with everyone? Please look around the site just a little and you'll get your answer.
Yeah, but will anyone ever catch Michael Schumacher? That's scary! Following your pattern, 20K for 2-time, 40K for 3-time, 80K for 4-time, 160K for 5-time, and 1,280,000 posts for 8-time world champ!! (I'm assuming Michael will win a couple more before he's done.) Or will you level off to 10K posts for each new world championship? (So, "only" 80K posts to be 8-time world champ.)
Art, at your current rate, you should hit 10,000 during June of 2009. I am assuming Fchat and many of its members are here for the long haul.
You know, that's a great idea, I was just thinking about that yesterday. We now have the ability to rate posts. If everyone used it, then we could use those stats for the levels too. As I was updating the post counts and register dates there were several 2+ year users that only had 200 posts, but they're all very good posts.
