I feel the same ;-) German famous Soccer Star Klaus Toppmöller with his Hanomag tractor, 246 GTS, Kawasaki 350 (and wife), never saw that picture before.
Matthias Bartz, the German Dino expert, has now sent out the first copies of his long-awaited Dino 206/246 book. A fabulous publication with 396 pages, large format, very high quality paper and printing, perfect binding, comes in a slipcase, state of the art layout. First class research and it clearly shows that the man behind this great new book has a TRUE PASSION for all Dinos. Tons of new information and many new old photos never seen before including a RHD 246 GT in the ultra rare Verde Bahram color. This book is a MUST HAVE. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login

Thank you for the preview Marcel! Looks like a first class effort by the author. I like the Dino key rings shown front AND back. Color reproduction looks true to. CH
Terrific! It looks like the new standard not only for Dino and Ferrari but for all books of the genre. Merry Christmas--to Dino enthusiasts everywhere.
Wrong to ask how much a book is going to cost that the author is hawking here on Fchat? Why is that so wrong? I think it's a perfectly legitimate question, which Mattias has promptly answered. The price was not available on the website linked above. What would the right question have been? "Is it a good book?" That is pretty much a given, based on the knowledge of the author. Or maybe, "When is the paperback version being released?" C'mon, it was a perfectly reasonable question, and I think many here would like to be able to judge the valuerice equation, as I did. Dave M.
At today's exchange that's a little over $200 plus shipping Thank you for filling in that blank. Dave
Not to spoil things, but I'm sure even Matthias still has things to learn about Dino's (it is a never ending quest, isn't it?). So any plans regarding updates, corrections, etc? And yes, I realize that his masterful accomplishment will be far better than anything available to this point.
Matthias, congratulations! I did not expect any less, and to make it even better...the book stays open on its own, wow. Really impressed It could not have come in a better time in my life, now that I am reassembling my car. Now I will not have excuses, except the color, of course Kind regards, Alberto
I'm blown away. Seriously. This is an amazing work Matthias, love the attention to detail and design, and I can't want to have one in my hands.
IMHO, it will be difficult to find faults. Ask Marcel... Besides, that's not the point after all, this has been a labour of love, and I have not seen too many. Of course, no one is perfect, but to plan for corrections? Now, before it is even released? Ron, get back in your Dino for some time-out ... Regards, Alberto
Hello Marcel, thank you for showing the pictures. I look forward to the launch on Saturday. We'll see you on www.dino-book.com ))
Hello Ron, absolutely right, nobody is perfect. But I can promise you 95% achieved and 100% is impossible with Ferrari anyway.... and a translation (dispite using a professional automotive translator) always brings up some minor mistakes.... regards Matthias
