Like it? New crust, sauce, & cheese mix. At $5.99 medium each w/ 2 toppings on hand tossed you can't beat the intro price. I just tried it & it seems different & good but extra spice added more salt however. What do you think?

LOL. I LOVE Domino's, (and actually worked for them a couple years in high school many years ago)and after being deprived for almost 6 months my mouth was watering with the thought of a large peperoni, ham, and bacon hand tossed with extra sauce. I saw that they had changed things when I went to pick it up (any excuse to drive the 348...:)) but still held hope.

I have never been more dissappointed in my life. I coudn't drink enough beer to make it good, and threw away the left overs....

Unless they change it back and I find out about it, I'll never order Domino's again.

I avoid domino's, their products always had this sickening 'sweet' taste.
Even their pepperonis and cheese had this strange aftertaste, similar to sorbitol or another of the poison sweeteners.
Sweet is not a flavor I associate with pizza... or any real food. No clue why anyone would subject themselves to it.

Pizza Hut got their sauce right, but recently they have completely forgotten how to make dough. Even their thin crust isn't crispy anymore, you can guess how the thicker pies end up.
Ingredients falling off the surface, cheese that sticks to everything except the crust.
Its a shame. You can ask them to burn it to a crisp, no change.

Is Domino's different now? Have they killed the disturbing sweet, fake flavors?

Wow, I haven't had Domino's for many years.

    Had Pizza Hut last year.

But I still stand by Panago having the best pizza

I just bought two new formula Domino's, and after 3 slices gave the rest to the dog.

I LOVED the old, HATE the new. Gotta find a new regular stop.

Last time I had a domino's was in the caribbean.

Actually, that's a lie. Had one in the UK when I lived there but it was disgusting (different cheese I assume, I'm REALLY picky).

Don't have one here but luckily I found a restaurant where they can make a pizza (the only place where they make eatable food in Rwanda). Had one tonight. Mozzarella, pepperoni and ham. Win.

It sounds like they cheapened their ingredients, then came up with the "upgrade" marketing to explain the change in taste.

I had Dominos today. It was exactly the same - bland, disgusting, vomit-inducing.

I totally agree with you, but my 7 year old LOVES it. Why would it be fake sweet?

Ok, this is my second go round w/ the new recipe. The outside crust has a new crustier texture due to them spreading w/ the garlic butter but is now saltier too. Maybe the sauce has more spice but hard to say (MSG?). The cheese is now a mix of mozzarella and provolone & tastes great (provolone is saltier).
I’d like to see the sodium count on old compared w/ new recipe & will email Domino’s on that…

my family loves dominoes. I like it better now but I'd still rather have papa johns or pizza hut. Better yet we have a great traditional pizzeria here in town I prefer

Because, on my current income, delivery pizza is about as fine as my dining experiences get.

    Wax,

Because much of the US has not experienced really good pizza therefore, they have nothing to compare against.

    Regards,

    Art S.

PS. Speaking of fine dining: MacDonald's second largest market outside the US is France - explain that one!

True, but these were much better and of better quality than Domino's. Question is: 4X better?

That's the great thing about Domino's right now: 2 Medium, 2 toppings each for $10.99! I see Pizza Hut has 1 any size-topping for same price... Hut & old Domino's taste the same to me.
