    Anybody else get an invitation to see the American Performance Driver's Club at Willow Springs in late June? Anybody going or know anything about the group doing this?

    I'm taking my S2000 there. First time at the track. Got some r-compound tires on there so hopefully that'll help.

    Got it as well. Have talked many people about it, and I think it might be pretty crowded.

    I'd recommend against r-compounds the first time out. Get used to handling the car first.
    For those going, be prepared to roast unless you bring a trailer/canopy or stay in the diner all day.

    And bring something to hold the canopy down, it gets windy out there! Also be sure to stop at zebras to experience the most awful bikini bar ever.

    True. They do grip well though. I dunno if I can make it anyways. :(
