New engine for 348...Opinions on cost?

    I am looking at a 348 in Washingto state that the engine is basically toast - engine fire. Any opinions on what a gently-used and/or new 348 engine might cost? Thanks for your help!

    try TRutlands---also look in the EBAY archives--several sold recently-- I would say a used motor--not rebuilt-- should be no more than 4000
