Yes it will bolt on, but you will need to fit the manifold for EFI. Scott has a thread running on the SC kit.
I always think back to this shop I spent some time in for a while. We did a lot of Jag work, among other things, and we were also doing resto work on an old Austin Healey. We had this Jag V-12 motor sitting on the floor, and I kept imagining that motor crammed into that Healey. It drove me so nuts I started making measurements, and I believe it would have fit. I also at the time had an article in a C&D magazine of an Crane Cams or Isky Cams camshaft that was available for the Jag V-12. The article related how the cam really woke that motor up, with a claimed 400 HP and still idled down at 500 rpm nice and smooth, and that was with the FI system. The truth is that the Jag motor is so awfully detuned to begin with, that its just begging to be opened up. I can't recall numbers anymore, but IIRC the valves are tiny, no bigger than an inch or less valve heads, and the cam opens them just a titch, not even 1/4 inch if I remember. The darn thing is strangled to the max. But what a lovely sounding engine. I guess it just showed up to late. I don't particularly like seeing anything GM stuck into any other car, just my hatred of GM I guess. And a Ferrari is special, and blah blah blah. But like was pointed out, anything is better than seeing one junked. At a bit over 5 liters, a Jag is a pretty large engine. But it has chain driven SOHC heads that are rather narrow and being a V-12, its not real tall either, which this Falconer/GM motor likely is. The Jag motors are still almost throw away cheap, perhaps one could be modified to fit a 308 gearbox vis a vis along the lines of the 365 sidewinder implant. With a nice set of pistons, carbs, and cams that Jag motor would easily clear 500 HP or more NA, the sound would be phenomenal, and it would be european. It would also put some of those Jag motors all the hack mechanics pulled out and threw away back to good use. Just a thought.
