Did the mock up install of my new tail pipes.

Started the car up, and it diffently has a more a agressive note. With the butterflys open the note is bit more raspy, closed a bit deeper. But not alot of difference. Maybe the difference comes when you actually drive the car.

Later the exhaust will come af again. The pipes will be bead blasted and metalized, the end pices will be polished up.

I need to figure out what to do with the butterfly valves, my options are.

    1. Remove them.
    2. Make a simple manual mechanisme that allows my to reach in and choose open/closed
    3. Hook up the vaccum hose some where in the engine bay, and let them work as intendeed. Any good ideas where to connect the vaccum line on the engine?

For future info. Installing a muci roadster twin tailpipe on a early Diablo is not plug n´play. It take some modifications.

Looks great , I like the pipes in the center , and the rear bumper on the Diablo looks good ( mine is missing the Bumper ), I think i will look for a bumper , so what did you do with the butterflys?
