I've been in the development process for some time now to create high-performance boutique waxes specifically around exotics, since that's what we specialize on here at Esoteric Auto Detail.

The main goals are to produce a line of waxes that provide deep and brilliant gloss, a very high level of durability, and tight beading characteristics (people love perfectly shaped pearls of water!). In addition, they will all be compatible with the new 22ple Glass Coating to produce the ultimate shield of protection for your cars.

The waxes should be available soon, and I'll be sure to post up all of the information once they hit the market.

I've taken the photos below for marketing purposes...closeups of water beading on the freshly waxed surface...and I would like to ask the members of F-Chat to vote on which photo(s) they like the best. Please reply with your favorite!

Thanks in advance for your participation...

    Very,very cool.

Sign me up I need that stuff!!

Would it be possible to pull back the camera POV and get the whole panel or car? It's great to see the close-ups,but everyday viewing from several feet away is just as important for me.I've always been OCD about the finishes on my cars and this looks awesome.Thanks.

This is a different car (the photos were taken on a test hood), but it was polished then waxed with the same basic formula. :)

Oh...and this little daily driver is wearing it as well. F-Chat really interferes with picture quality and the original of this is MUCH better!

I would suggest making a photo that pulls back enough to really indicate the "carness" of the beading not just that it is water on some sort of colored surface.

Something troubling really stands out, to my eye. I may think I know more than I do, but this concerns me enough I want to speak up. This is not a knock on your product just my first gut reaction.

The vastly different sized beads next to each other screams “PROBLEM“ at me. Like an unevenly applied product, damaged paint, etc. Am I off base totally?

Thanks Jeff. In the detailing world, the close-ups like this is what's usually concentrated on just to see how tight the beading is. But I can see where you'd like to look at the entire car, or at least a good portion of it. I'll eventually get some good ones closeup to cars, and full shots...even some night shots where the overhead lights illuminate the beads of water. Thanks for the input!

No worries at all. There's no way that you're going to all the same sized beads. Some hit, splash, and form smaller beads...because of the slope some beads will run into others and create larger beads...some water droplets are larger than others when they even hit the surfaces causing variances (this was a hose spraying straight up into the air, then dropping down on the panel...and a plethora of other variables that make it happen this way. The big thing to look for is consistency in the form of the beads, and how tight and perfectly shaped they are.

Typically speaking, a fresh coat of high quality carnauba wax will have very tight, and uniformly shaped beads, and they will start to "loosen" up or lose their shape a bit as the wax wears off.

    I hope this helps!
