Well good luck, would be neat.

I'm totally confused by the buy-it-now price of 7,100. That is such a steal that I can't believe my eyes. I mean just the engine alone is worth more than that. So if that's for real, it doesn't matter what condition the rest is in, but it all looks decent on the pics.

Yeah, really...I cannot believe that that is the price...Unless it is one of those "Urban Legend" type stories where a couple is getting Divorced, and the Wife is just selling it really cheap to piss off the Husband.....:(

    Ahhh you rotten crumb!!! ;-)

I was happy for a second. I read the title and thought....."No way. It can't be true."

If it makes you feel any better I bid $38k on a TR yesterday that I had no intention of winning (I knew I would get outbid). Now dangit, get a car!! ;-)

By the way, I got a call from a Pantera owner. He, along with a bunch of friends will be there at the "secret meeting of the minds". He said there are 18 others like him and he was going to contact every one of them. I guess there are 4 for sure......

And we have 70+ others who say they will be there.....Who knows though....?? It never turns out the way you plan it.....

Thought you would like to hear that.....

While on that subject: Last week I was bidding on a real NASCAR racecar. Put down 60k, but it never met reserve. Would have been fun though. :)

Well, if you want one, I know where you can buy real, retired, late model NASCAR Racers, Indy Cars, F1 Cars. No bidding....just buy it! Some are pretty cheap, too ($30-40K Range. Turn Key, ready to go! No, not the F1 Cars.) Let me know if you want the information, and I'll send it to you!

Thanks, but no thanks. I was just goofing around knowing that the reserve had to be a lot higher (and it was). I wouldn't know what to do with a cup car. If anything I'd buy a F1, but they're priced a bit outside my league. For now virtual has to do.
