New F12 and Build Sheet Question

Hello,
I picked up a 2016 F12 and have been enjoying it quite a bit. I was lucky to find that it had the original window sticker folded in the owner’s manual as well as being given the build sheet. I noticed however, that a few options my car has were not listed on either the sticker or build sheet. Items in parentheses were listed.

1) Carbon fiber shift paddles without the driver zone (carbon fiber and LED steering wheel, carbon central central bridge and dash inserts)
2) Alcantara headliner (alcantara boot lining)
3) Italian flag on boot lid

I know any of these can be added aftermarket, but the car is otherwise original and I would find it hard to believe anyone would add an alcantara headliner after the fact. I wondered if the factory ever added options by mistake or forgot to list them on the build sheer?
