New F360 owner - looking at doing some initial/basic upgrades! Car has Tubi installed.

I want to do Fabspeed headers, Fabspeed blankets and test pipes. Fabspeed said the headers and blankets are in stock but the TPs are not and have a 3-5 week lead time so I went with another set.

I intend on using these O2 Simulator Mini Cat Cel Fix best oxygen sensor simulator made. recommended per the forum to cancel the CEL.

Concerning the CEL, I have run TPs before in other cars with a spacer have had good luck. However, in the 360 will the car's ECU detune if the values are off, or will it just be a CEL? Obviously spending a large chunk of change on headers/TPs, I am looking for gains, not limp mode!

you can save yourself $45 and just buy a set of sparkplug defoulers and drill them out w/ a 1/2" drill and you will have the same thing as above only w/o the "mini cats" its really the act of pulling the o2 sensor out of the gas flow that does it.

You note that you have ran cars w/ TP, or catless, before.
Every catless car I have rode in, or worse behind, stunk of raw gas...
Ferrari, Vette, Viper, Porsche, no matter all smelled.

How do you avoid this ? Or just live with it ?

It's tough to get rid of the CEL on a 360 with Catbypass pipes. The 360 is a bit of a picky girl, I would recommend the O2 Sensor emulator route. Or just live with the CEL :)
