    We've had twins. Just bought this 2004M in August. What is you serial # (last 6 numbers on the VIN) and assembly number (under your hood- center) and build date (driver side door)?

    Did you get all the key fobs? (1 red, 2 blacks)?

    We're both new, probably can help each other out.

    great looking car. I will get all that info for you. I am still not clear on why everyone seems to want that info, maybe you can explain? I did get all the fobs but what I am missing is the shields. I love that look and will get them soon.

    It's not really that I want them but I know other people will over on 456/550/575.

    You will no doubt hear from Carbon who records as many car's info as he can. He'll probably want your engine # too.

    You will also hear from Taz who, by using your assembly # and Serial #, can tell you much about your car, issues, technical bulletins, etc.

    Taz is as big a help as there is. So much info on these sites you can't read it all, as I'm sure you already know.

    Your Fobs: You're lucky to have them all. I only got one black. Did you get the original PIN number also? If so, you are covered.

    The shields: If they are not original and indented into the fenders by the factory, your only possibility is aftermarket similarities. These are then placed on the fenders, glued I guess. Get the best you can.
