Almost as ugly as the 430! What is Ferrari thinking lately?

You can't compare this to the F430... This is just horrible. I actually like the F430....

The 430 is a lot uglier than the 360, and the Enzo is just as bad. Ferrari design seems to getting worse and worse with each new car!

We will see which newspaper was right in the next few days.

Hope Il Sole 24 are right, that it will be in Detroit.

I think we should wait until we see it in person. Many people as well didn't like the F430 at first...

until you see the car in person it is really difficult to judge, however it has uncanny resemblance to a new corvette - particularly on the sides. The chief of design is not Italian but from the other side of the Atlantic. It used to be the American designers imitated European ones but now the US designers are all deisgn chiefs for the European manufacturers- ie Ferrari and Bmw!

There does not seem to be alot of enthusiasm regarding Ferrari's design on it's latest product offering. All things said and done, I think the 612 Scaglietti was probably the last product to stay the course in terms of conservative elegance and sexy aggressiveness. The car is big but it all fits together.

I think that you'll change your minds when you see it in person--some beautiful lines and contours.

I really doubt the introduction and the first public appearance of the new maranello would be Detroit. Luca is coming personally to Geneva to introduce (by himself) the new maranello. Whether it's the 599 GTB or 600 Imola, I really doubt there will be any news about the car in Detroit.

Ah, I think that is how it translates. There is no build-up on the owner's site and this car does not appear on the show's list of new cars to be revealed at the show.

You got that right, Ferrari press phots ALWAYS suck!
They need to get out of that black studio and stop
    rendering them!
