Well its not totally new but I was wondering how many people would be interested in a stripped down front engine Ferrari roadster

Make it look a little like a 57 Testa Rossa, front V12, No Friggin paddle shifters, similair to an F40 in that its a pure raw car with a stripped out interior. Keep it simple. Who is interested ?

The main thing that the Maranello needs is to go on a diet. A little shorter wheelbase would also help sharpen up it's turning abilities. I could dig the TR styling, but not if they made look like a cartoon car like the Viper.

    Great idea, of course.

The potential Viperesque result would be my concern as well.

I'm afraid Federalization, computerization, and a zappy schlock retro-styling/detailing approach would doom it.

What would be the market demographic for a $250,000.00+ retro-Ferrari?

    Solution: Let me design it.

I'd be more into a coupe version but would be great if they did both. A bare bones 575 done in CS formula w/a gated six-speed option would be my pick. Maybe worth bringing back the "GTO" handle one more time for a car like this.

    Wouldn't mind a fully-carbon'd, twin turbo 430 CS w/a gated six-speed (called an F60?), too.
