Anybody know details on this? A new F store is opening up on Lincoln and Euclid across from Nexxt It would be fun if we could park a bunch of Ferraris somewhere nearby for the Grand Opening
Was on Lincoln Rd this past Friday. It looks like the shop is still being renovated - no opening date posted. They are taking over the old watch shop next to Pizza Rustica.
Went by yesterday,it's a pretty small store,I wonder why they bothered. The rent there must be pretty expensive.The one in Aventura is nicer, with the F1 replica car and all.Regardless, I think the stores should stock more diecast and books.
The Diesel store at the former Books and Books location nearby is paying 40 grand a month! Not a very large store either. At the old Cafeteria spot the rent went from 40K to 62K!. The rents in the new 1111 Lincoln Rd are 160.00 per sq ft., so 1,000 sq ft is almost 14 grand per month. The new portion between it and the movie theater is pretty cool when the construction is done that will be a nice entryway into the mall. There is an amimation on the 1111LincolnRd. com website that shows it. Lincoln Rd gets a lot of foot traffic, most I've seen except NYC.
