New gas with ethanol

There's been a lot of talk in the boating world lately about the new gas containing ethanol and the fact that it can cause leaks in fiberglass tanks and that it attracts water more. Does anyone know what the tanks are made out specifically Euro 308's and what the best way is to store it over the winter? I've always filled it and added stabilizer. Should I also add dry gas now? Boaters are being told to drain the tanks to prevent water build-up. Thank for the help.
