New Guy (Photographer)

Hows it going everyone. My Name is Anthony, im from Long Island NY. Im an automotive photographer. Ive done numerous photoshoots for alot of diff higher end import cars like Evo's, STi's, Skylines, Supras etc... as well as a few more expensive cars like the Gallardo, z06, Modena, 996TT... I do shoot more of the imports i listed above though since they are more common amongst the younger crowd. BTW, I AM NOT TRYING TO SPAM HERE. I am a very active member on alot of different car forums and since ferrari's are one of my fav. cars i figured i would join up and see what kind of new friends in the scene I can make. I'm actually the offical photographer for Evo-NY and TriStateEvo, which has helped get my name out there and allowed me to shoot for some diff magazines as well... Before I do Post any of my work, i just want to get the OK from a Mod or Admin. Just a little assurance im not trying to spam your forum. Anyways, this seems like a good place to browse through and learn a lil more about Ferrari's..


on Another note: NO i DONT own a ferrari, nor am i trying to pose as i do ... unfortunatly i drive a silver 2004 Subaru WRX with a few STi parts. in the midst of either selling it for a g35 coupe or a 350z or keeping it and going big on the motor... BUT i want something a little more mature looking being that im only 21 i dont like to be stereotyped because of the car i do drive and how they affiliate them with immature kids.

 

hahaha thats the whole reason what made me join as well... a friend sent me the link since i was invited to cover the launch of the bullrun. so i figured i would introduce myself to the TriState ppl and see if you all would mind if i tagged along and covered the cruise for all of you... ive covered a few cruises with a pack of like 20-30 Evo's goin up to bear mountain and to a show down in philly and jersey. i got some really good shots goin through manhatten and through the tunnels..


if i do attend though how do should i go about following? supply myself with a driver to follow everyone, and if so would it matter if it was a higher hp Evo since i like to shoot from a backseat so i can go from one side of the car to the other so the driver doesnt have to keep switching lanes..

Sounds great guys. i will deff make an appearance at this cruise. hopefully by then ill have a new d200. as of right now im shootin with a Nikon D70 with multiple lenses and filters.

im going to see what kind if car and i can have drive me on the cruise that is a 4 door so i have the whole backseat to shoot from each side of and that is nice enough to to follow a pack of exotics... maybe my step dad's friend will lend me the maserati he's got the sedan version... very doubtful though lol

ill tell my boss about this as well. he had a 542whp 996TT but sold it and is driving around a supercahrged/turbocharged Mini S until he gets another ferrari. he had a 911 and a f355 when back when he was 17. im sure he'll come with his buddies Carerra GT or something nice. that is if its ok with everyone else involved.

 

oh heyyy whats goin on... yea i havnt posted on DTM in MONTHS lol... last time i checked it wasnt even working. ill post some of my new stuff here in a moment.

Martin, did you used to have an M3 and went to the evo/STi meets at Loews by the source mall??

or am i thinking of someone else who had an m3 and then sold it for a 996.. BTW that pic of your car with the reflection on the building, is that right off the LIE? i shot a small video scene there for a vid driving past the reflection. its a big angled building.

 

hahaha i knew it.. i met you once or twice but i dont think we exchanged more then a sentence to one another lol... i actually parked next to you at chillis one night when you had the m3 and i said nice car to ya. and TMinus was tellin me about you and i was like i think i know him...


i was the guy walkin around the meets with the big camera and the tripod. (not adam the asian kid with the white subie) i was the italian guy with the silver 04 subie with the LOUD cut out lol... i think when i met you i had my 1st gen red GSX with the carbonfiber hood, black roof, and gunmetal wheels.

we deff. should meet up and do a shoot of your car !
