Hey everyone, what's up? How is everyone? I just started this, came from NSXPrime. My name is Eric, i'm 23, and a consultant. I am hoping to meet some more ferrari/exotic owners. I live in Monterey Bay, CA and Arcadia, CA. Most of the time i stay in Arcadia now. I am really hoping to show up at one of the Crystal Cove meets, it seems to be a huge success every saturday. I currently own a IS300, a 91' NSX, and a 04' Acura RL. Just introducing myself to you guys. Take care, and hope to see you guys soon!

Actually things are quite easy for me. My father is Vice President, i can throw some of my workload to him :) Whenever there is a field task, i go instead of my dad. It's a good tradeoff.

I like the NSX still.. even though it doesn't have much power. My 3.5RL is for those family trips.. spacious and luxurious... hold that thought. There's not that much luxury!!

I like the new RLs lookswise, although I'd take a TL 6 speed anyday over an RL. Honda got it right with the TL redesign, I just hope the NSX doesn't get canned as the rumors say.

From what i am hearing, NSX will be ceasing production this 2005. Hope that the HSC comes out, i really want the NSX legacy to live on. The RL though, is nice.. i like that boxy look.. it has potential to become a VIP car. The TL redesign looks funny.. the ass is stretched to long, in my opinion.

I agree. The new TL is the nicest car Honda has EVER produced IMO. I love it.

Welcomes to you. Acura owner here as well; I'm an owner of your RL's older brother, The Legend. Last time I checked the RL was a VIP car, well, according to Junction Produces' catalog.

My Legend is my temporary Ferrari for now.

Junction produce doesnt make kits for the RL though. I've looked almost everywhere i can.. only thing i came up with was a company called "Skipper". For the people who like the new TL, it's made 100% in America. :(

You are right; Can't read Japanese, Took a closer look and I mistook the Lexus LS for the RL. Kind of disappointing considering the fact the LS and the RL have very similar body styles. There's a couple of Junction Produce kits for my Legend but no the RL? Sucks.

I really dig that Skipper style kit though.

Welcome aboard. I look forward to seeing your input here. The NSX is a great handling car... I only wish that I could fit into one. I look forward to meeting you one of these days that you are in SoCal.

    Take care and be safe.

VisionBoy, i know those guys video's. The IS is pretty nice, could be a bit more agressive though :)
Viper10, many people 6'1 can fit in the NSX, you should be able too. I'm 180 and i fit!
John Lamour, many girls around my area are a**es, b******, or just plain ugly. It sucks bigtime.

    Eric,

Welcome aboard. I think the NSX is a great car and a super value. I do like the look of the earlier ones, though. They just look more smooth.

I just read a great article from a UK magazine, Classic Car I believe is the name, comparing the 308 to the NSX. It was a good write-up for both cars. Take a look.

Also, a good friend and co-worker of mine just bought a '91 NSX. He and I joke that we'll have exclusive parking spots for our cars. NSX and Ferrari Parking Only. Again, welcome to the site. Dane

Thanks Dane, everyone has been really welcoming :) We should really have those preferred parking, just like a secondary handicap...except we're not handicap. That would be the life :) hahhaha. I'll check out the article, thanks!

Another NSX owner said the same thing a couple weeks ago and tried to shoe horn me into his 2002. No luck because most of my height is in my torso.

I read that 308/NSX article too. I agree with their recommendation: In an ideal world, get one of each!! That would work for me...

In an ideal world, the 308 would have the NSX's maintenance schedule! ;)

Welcome. I find the NSX is well respected in all the auto forums I frequent. I have 3 Japanese cars: a 240Z, RX-7, & Miata, in addition to my Ferrari. So you are no stranger w/ that beautiful NSX (one of my favorite cars!). Love to see some pics! BTW: I used to visit my cousin in Arcadia all the time in my teen years when I lived in San Francisco. Still have a spectacular piece of driftwood w/ imbedded pebbles in my living room that I found on one of the wonderful beaches there.
