Apple rolled out some new iMacs today that look pretty impressive. The 27" iMac with the 1440p resolution has to be amazing.

Yes, I got the email too. Very slick.

Have you seen the new Magic Mouse? It's very cool too (they put iPhone touch features onto the mouse): http://www.apple.com/magicmouse/

I just noticed that also, for anyone that used the mighty mouse with that horrible trackball I really hope this is an improvement.

Plus, it give you the ability to "right click".... I just noticed they want $70 for it though, seems steep for a mouse.

I went by the Apple Store to check out the new 27" mac & magic mouse. I'm impressed with the new mac but not so much with the magic mouse, not a fan of the touch pad so going pixel by pixel photoshop touch-ups might prove difficult. Another thing is this mouse may not work with older macs. I you can't even buy it separately until the next Safari software upgrade comes out (VERSION 10.6.2) & there is no guarantee it will work with the early Intel Core Duo macs.

They look good. 27" is tempting, but I'll be sticking with my 24" till they do a 30".

    I'm a bit bummed they didn't offer a 30" this time...

I have a friend of mine that has the 30" cinema display in his home office, the thing gives me a headache because it's set up way too close to the user. Unless it's moved back a couple of feet it's way too big to be parked directly in front of you. The new 27" is pushing limit on that issue as well.
