Reminds me of the Aston Martin Cygnet http://www.slashgear.com/aston-martin-cygnet-city-car-makes-official-appearance-1666145/ The European laws requiring manufacturers to meet a certain avg fuel econ of the cars they sell is BS. Companies are being forced to dilute their brands, makes sense for a Ford or Chevy to be forced into an avg fuel econ law but not small niche automakers.
