Dallas needs an MB, Lexus or BMW dealer to the Northern part of the metroplex (Cities such as: Grapevine, Southlake, Coppell, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Highland Village, & Lewisville). I'm tired of taking my BMW to Richardson for service.
No, West Ft. Worth needs one alot more than another franchise in Houston. Many of my family members & friends drive them but have to drive to H.E.B. for any type of warranty service. I still don't understand why no one has built one yet, there is a definite & a much needed market here.
By the way CLassic is moving to Plano at 75 and Springcreek... (Dallas, Texas) June 28, 2004 Staubach Retail announces that Classic BMW has purchased 23 acres at the northeast corner of Spring Creek Parkway and North Dallas Tollway in Plano, Texas. Mark Newman of Staubach Retail's Dallas office and John Gates, president of Staubach Corporate Services, Southwest, represented Classic BMW in the purchase. Rutledge Haggard represented the site's owners, the Haggard family, in the sale. The dealership will relocate from its current location in Richardson.
MB has really changed. My parents purchased a new 78 300SD and 80 300D. Those cars were built like tanks. They purchased from Star Motors. I think the only other dealer was Norman Scott. This was where the F car dealer is today. Now the transmission may be from the Crossfire.
I know, there only needs to be one dealership for a company...not. I think more it better...more jobs and more...fuk, I forgot the word.
