    I'm looking at picking up a new M6 for a but have heard mixed results on the car with broken gearboxes, engine issues, etc. Does anyone have first hand experience and can provide input?

    I've had two. I have the convertible now. Much better shifting in the SMG. No problems as of yet and had 22"s on the coupe. Great cars. I'd sell my convertible for $115,000.00 which is MSRP.
