    Glad to hear the good news, from your post and others it sounds like the new Maserati will be a great car. I hope it makes life very difficult for the rest of the segment.

    I've seen it in some photos on the September Auto-Sport, French magazine.
    It is stunning!!
    One of the most beutiful cars ever made.
    Quattroporte front and all new amazing rear panels.
    The all around design is awsome!!
    The back light arrangement is new for Maserati patterns. But it is without any doubt a great Maserati.

    Thanks for the pictures! Car looks great but the back lights dont look too great but I think they will look great with familiarity

    Is that really it? I thought these appeared in a US magazine (Car and Driver?) a few months ago and were dismissed as not the real deal.

    I remain unconvinced.

    Good looking car.

    However, to me the 3200 GT was one of the design landmarks in automotive history. Seems the new coupé is going to be just another beautiful car.

    I think that it is very close to the real one.
    Maybe a thing here and there, but I'm sure it is the real one.

    I was in Modena /Maranello in June this year, where I visited the Ferrari factory and Maserati, I saw some disguised cars from Maserati and they were very close to the one on the photo.

    I do think it is beautiful. A real Maserati.
    I'm sorry but I can not see other car make on it's lines. Nor in the lights or in any trace. Like some members of this chat.

    At this stage, I really don't care what the next Coupe will/will not look like...I'm just really happy that there is a lot of interest in the marque once again :)

    ...In June I saw in Modena a different car, disguised.
    More complete and with less tape on it, unfortunately my camera run out of battery some minutes earlier!!
    I saw the back lights and they were close to the ones of the Sport Auto photos.
    The front was imense wich means that the engine will be even more central front mounted. The rear bumper was empty of lines/effects wich means that probably it will look like the one on the photos.
    One thing is for sure, it will be beautiful.

    Well I don't know what your pictures represent as I haven't actually seen one
    but they don't match those from the earlier magazine article posted on this thread. Let's hope yours are wrong as it's an uninspiring photoshop looking job. I have heard, 3rd hand, that dealers who HAVE now seen it in the flesh think it's the most beautiful looking car on the road.

    Which should be taken with a grain of salt I feel. Obviously Maserati dealers will say that it is the most beautiful looking car there is, I've heard them say that with the QP, which generally speaking, is not. Granted it's a matter of personal preference, but I feel the overall population would agree that the current Maserati lineup can be defeated by some of their competitors in the beauty department.

    We'll just have to wait and see...
