    Good point! This is what Joe isn`t aware - the old Nuerburgring is a magical place to be! Nothing can match that. Not even Laguna-Seca in the sunshine nor Monterey in the fog! If you come - drop me a note and I`ll take you around that circuit.

    i just thought that made it italian??? Also, jsut notcied the back seats..... can't imagine they are putting in back seats.

    No Pshop, that is a 3D rendering (ie a TON more work), probably 3DSMax or similar.

    I think autoblog.it says it is a photochop. I imagine it is pretty close to what the car will look like - although the actual car will probably look better. Have you seen the renderings of the Jaguar XF compared to the actual showcar? If you had seen the XF at the dealer intro and told the magazine the car has the following you would get the renderings - but obviously the showcar is vastly better.

    Why does it have Audi wheels in the 1st pic then? I feel someone putting in a ton of work wouldn't do smth like that. On the otherhand someone doing a pchop just might.

    Just got an invite in the post today for SpaItalia 2007, and the theme for this year is Maserati. The event is the beginning of June and I have a high suspiscion that the new coupe will be taking to the track. This could be the first public viewing of the car in action.

    I received an official invitation for the '07 Coupe presentation party that Maserati is organizing on the 5th of March in Geneva. Is anyone else from Fchat going to be there? It would be great to finally meet some of you.

    Which picture: the red car or the blue one from spyshots? If you mean the latter, I suspect reality will be somewhat different. The real coupe will have to accomodate 4 people as well as an engine, transmission, cooling system and all the rest. The cartoonish proportions of the sketch from spyshots are cool but totally unrealistic. I expect something more "sober".
