The seats are probably alcantara. I love your car man, McLarens have really grown on me. I've been able to spend some time around them and REALLY love them all.
Congrats! Love the car. I drove the 570 last year and walked away thoroughly impressed. As a former 12c owner....once you have owned a McLaren, I would be surprised if you ever look at Ferrari the same way again.

Had the car out briefly yesterday first impressions 1. Very fast 2. Feels lighter than my 458 or 430 3. Transmission quick and very smooth 4. Exhaust sound could be much improved even with sport exhaust. Not sure how it sounds outside the car inside not feeling it 5. Exhaust aside interior sound very quiet not sure how the S is I have the GT 6. Steering feels light although car handles very well not sure I like the feel 7. As previously mentioned fit and finish is excellent no need for paint correction 8. Ergonomics excellent 9. Electronics excellent More to come ...
Forgot to mention braking, the car although a GT was ordered with ceramic brakes which feel great. You do need to get use to them as there is approx 1/4 inch or slightly more of space in the pedal before brakes start to grip

Beautiful car! We have a 570S and we just LOVE IT to pieces. It's so comfortable for puttering around town yet light, fast and fun too! Use it in good health!
