    I too live on a hillside and wanted to build an additional 2 car garage. After lots of jumping up and down with the city, I got it approved. A typical 2 car garage will run about 28K with amenities. That same garage on a hillside cost me 45K. I can provide you pics if you's like to see. I just finished it last year in getting ready for my first Ferrari purchase.
