Hi all.. I joined the site this week.. have been lurking in the bushes for a while.. just wanted to say hello. Was all set with a 03 360 and the deal fell apart this week so still looking.. this is the 3rd time a FCar has eluded my grasp so hoping the 4th is a charm..
looking forward to driving the Litchfield Hills soon rather than riding my m/c all the time.

Welcome Craig and it is great that you filled out your profile! Best of luck in your search for what you want. What happened with the deal that fell through? Maybe the economy isn't as bad as we think!

Welcome aboard. This is a great time to be buying a car, so have patience and the right one will show up. I have a 328 and decided to add a 355 a couple of months ago. Two different cars but special in their own ways.

The 360 was sold out from under me.. guy paid a few thou more and I lost out.. but thats ok.. I have owned a ton of cars. 60+ so pretty experienced and the whole buying selling game.. I actually buy cars/boats/watches for others and do pretty well with the results (most of the time)

Its interesting.. I was done on the 360 and one of my friends said I need to drive a 430 before I buy a Modena.. I am going to FNE's new shop next week to see their cars.. have been twice in the last 3 weeks.. I was there Sunday last w/e and was in the middle of all the Ferraris being moved.. it was amazing to say the least.. me and 15 or so 430s and 360s driving up 95 to the new showroom.. The sales manager Dennis said the Troopers were ready for them so all drivers had to be cool.. that said it was still a pretty fun experience and the looks they got from others on the road was hilarious..

Anyways, I have had a bunch of Porsches and was considering an Aston Vantage but the Fcar has always been my holy grail. Almost had 2 but my marriage (now over and done with.. YAHOOOO!!) and other factors led me to not owning one as of yet..

    I cant wait..

Bring one of those Ducati's (or a Ferrari when you find the right one) up to our Sunday Rocky Hill meets this year! Good luck on the search...

I sense that driving a F Car is similar to the Ducati with some protection around me..

love the clutch cover on the 1098..

which bike do you ride the most??

wow Laguna?? I'm jealous!! I made it out to Loudon last year and planning on getting out there this year as well..

a Ferrari will certainly be quite at home with those Italian beauties waiting :)

it's funny.. I have 2 Harley's as well so they all get a bit of riding time.. it really depends on the mood I am in and I usually never know which one I will ride till I reach for the keys
The 1098 and 998 are amazing but I probably ride the Monster the most.. it is a real stealth bike with the 998 engine and very little weight

I love Louden.. tracking a bike is exponential to the street ride as you know.. at Laguna I did things on my bike at 140mph that I never thought I would do.
