New Member Trying to Locate My Old '80 308GTSi

Hi, I'm a new member here and I wanted to introduce myself. From May 1985 to October 1991 I owned a 1980 308GTSi when I owned a car stereo store in NJ, Kartunes Mobile Electronics is Springfield, NJ. If my memory isn't failing me, the VIN on the car was 34047. In the years since selling it I've wondered what ever became of it and figured that this would be a good place to start. So if any of you are active in the 308 community and might be able to help me track down the car, I would appreciate it greatly. The car would be pretty distinctive, as much as a red 308 can be, is that it will have a lot of miles on the odometer. When I sold it it had more than 75,000 miles on the clock. I like to say that I drove it as if it was a 911 in that it was my daily driver for most of the time that I owned it.

So if any of you know of any red high-mileage 1980 308s out there, good chance that it could be mine. Probably the most distinctive components that would set it apart would be custom-installed front and rear remote Escort radar detectors with the control units mounted underneath the dash to the left of the steering column.
