You'd think a potential kit maker would study the mistakes of others before tooling up.

There are enough lessons in the Fujimi Enthusiast kit era alone to learn the do's and don'ts.

Accurate Miniatures Mclaren is for sure another great example. *shrugs*

Shelby Collectibles is the name they sell it under. They are under $20.00.

I think I'm confused. Shelby Collectibles is making a transkit for the AMT kit instead of there 24th version diecast?

Studio27 is planning a kit of the 2011 Audi R18 car from Le Mans and a limited-edition of the Sebring test car. Looks to be 3 kits in total: #1, #2 or #3 and the test car.

Finally I have the Airtrax 1/24th scale Ferrari 250 GTL Lusso as I was late placing my order.
I put it next to the Hiro 330LMB and have to say I like the Airtrax roof better. The transkit also includes nice photoetch and the vacuform windows. The Airtrax Lancia B20 has the competitione wheels now if you ask for them. Airtrax has some more interesting kits coming soon.

More photos of the Hiro Lotus 79 in 1/12th scale. Hiro has also announced they will do the Ferrari 126CK Joe Honda book next after the Ferrari P4 book. These are some of the best race car detail photo books I have seen. BUY THEM!!

Yep, need those too. Glad to see somebody making these cars. Tapani and Niko - any plans for 365 GTC? I would absolutely love to have a kit if that car.

I think they already did a 365 GTC. You have the parts in the 330 GTC kit.

Look at these nice transkits from BestBalsakits. They are doing a Lola T70 MKIIIB Daytona 1969 winner in 1/12th scale and a Lotus 72 Gold Leaf in 1/12th scale.

Perhaps, you are looking for this :
this is a model I made 20 years ago from "Quattroruote" italian magazine pictures ( There was not internet at that time). This is the base for a new and well done future model of the 365 GTC-4. I don t know when, because I must finish the Maserati A6GCS and the Cisitalia 202 MM (the PE parts are delaying the models ).
    my best

Well that looks very nice. Hope you do the kit someday. Your Maserati A6GCS is on the top of my wish list ever since I saw the photos of your model!! I always loved that car. Not sure wich chassis I would do but they did race one in the Mille Miglia.
