Looks like a very nice kit. I saw you making it over on the Miniwerks site. Good to see a 1/18th scale kit here for those who build them. Someone is also making this car in 1/24th soon. Please feel free to post good "new" kits you find here in any scale.
Don't doubt if you want one... these will be sold out before you know it! Seen it in person, its a fantastic modell! (allready pre-oredered one, so 19 are left)
More pictures of the Pinto FPM 1/24th Ferrari 246 1961 high tail. I put the 1/24th scale Q model body next to it to show the difference(Q model is smaller and different). The FPM 246 has alot more detail and is more accurate with some unreal chassis casting techniques that have to be seen!! It also has full engine detail. The only thing I like better on the Q model are the headlight buckets and some of the photoetch parts. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Beautiful! He does such wonderful work. I bought a set of the wire wheels for an old Hawk W159 M-B conversion and they are supurb. I once had a John Johnson/Teapot Graphics 246 SP. Wish I still had it. Patrick
I thought I might as well put these on here. gdetailfactory detail kits for the Fujimi 356 for car details and another set for engine and the ESCI Beta Monte Carlo kit set. Nice stuff but hard to find. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Speaking of: I once came across some small, but hugely expensive plastic parts from a Japanese company. They were small alterations to the 1/12 Ferrari T2 body. Basically turning the Tamiya kit into the car from the following year. Now that I need those parts, I can't find them anymore.

I need help with some photos of the Ferrari 158/1512 transaxle. Even photos of the ABC 1/12 kit transaxle would be helpful. I am trying to make a 1/12 158 of my own. Patrick
Here are some: https://www.google.com/search?q=Ferrari+158/1512&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=rg-uUtypJabbyQHMv4HwBQ&ved=0CE8QsAQ&biw=1024&bih=706 There is a kit, but it is hard to find, expensive and not very accurate, but a good starting point: Two kits of Ferrari from Bandai scale 1/12 | eBay Worst thing on that model are the wheels and tires. Tires you have to find from another kit, but the wheels I could help you with as I made a mold off another kit. I have a bunch of pictures of the real car as it was at the Historic Monaco GP last year. Here a few, let me know what you're looking for in particular. Thanks for the pictures. It is that rounded transmission case that has me stumped. I do know of the Bandai kit, but I'm working from a rare 1/12 scaled Hong Kong toy that seems to be a scaled up version of the 1/24 Cox slot car body. My main problem at the moment are the 13" tires. Here I'm stumped. Rossa156-63 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I have the last one in 8x10 size with Mauro Forghieri's autograph framed over my work bench! Inspiration always helps as do you guys. Thanks. Rossa156-63
Due out next week from FPM is the Alfa Romeo 1931 2.3 Lemans winner kit in 1/24th scale with full engine detail!!! I think this is the first GOOD Alfa 2.3 model in 1/24th. After that the Talbot Lago T26GS Lemans 1950 winner also in 1/24th scale. He says the Ferrari 1955 Monaco winner, Ferrari F1 375 1951 and Ferrari 330 1962 Lemans winner all in 1/24th scale should also be out soon. Fernando Pinto is very busy cranking out superb models. Here are pictures of the cars FPM are doing in 1/24th scale in the next few months. Ferrari Lemans 1962 winner Ferrari F1 Monza 1951 winner Ferrari F1 Monaco 1955 winner Alfa Romeo Lemans 1931 winner Talbot Lago Lemans 1950 winner These are really well done resin kits. Fernando has a good eye and his kits capture the look of the cars very well. The castings are also amazing. You will not get much photoetch but you will get everything you need to make a very nice model. FPM might be the most important model company making good 1/24th scale resin kits now. CMM 1/12th scale Ferrari 312 F1 1966 Spa John Surtees. Looks good to ok. The big vacuform windscreen has to be better than they usually do or the model will not look very good when done.
