I changed my FChat "Moniker" from red81308,to FerrariFrank1. Same old Lovable guy...same mediocre Humor. New name. Why? Well,I will be "Adding to the Stable" this Year, and thought that it would be more appropriate. Also,I want to have the same "name" on all of my E-Mail,and Chat sites,to make it easier.

In that case, let those of us who never formally offered greeting salutations oh, so long ago retroactively welcome you.

No,don't say that! Hey,maybe the next time that you see me,I WILL Look like a totally different guy. I have been on a very intense,1000 Calorie or less a day Diet. And,working out at the Gym EVERY DAY. I have to take Vitamins and Supplements...I used to do this back when I was much Younger and wanted to "Cut up". So,hopefully,at 45,.it will give me Some results....:) (Not looking to get "Cut Up" at my age anymore....:) )

Yeah,I got then "O.K." from my Doc to go back into the Gym....Easy does it at First. I got tired of being Fat. I have never been this big in my Life! And,when one of my Daughters' friends Dad,who is just a few Years older than me,and in MUCH Better shape, had to have a Quadruple ByPass a few Weeks ago, really got me thinking about my Longevity... Plus, would be nice to have alittle more room to move about in the Ferrari,no doubt!...:)

Not to bring the thread down, but this is a message to live life to the fullest (with anticipation that you just might make it to old age)... a 32 y/o mother of 3 whom I work with occasionally pulled out in front of someone 2 weeks ago... dead. Just like that.
Nice job Frank... your motivation is inspiring!

Thank YOU,Spike! I bet you see it all the time. Especially being an E.R. Doc. And can really appreciate how fragile,or how short life can be...As you described...:(

Yes,with all of the Crashes that I've been in,any of which Could've,Should've,Would've taken my Life. For some reason, they didn't...the "Big Guy" must have some greater plans for me. Mostly,to be a Dad for my kids.

Yes,we have lusted after these beautiful Machines for most of our lives. Now,we have them,Lets enjoy them...After Family, but with Friends....:)

I lost my best Bud,back in 1997. He was 36. His parents were extremely Wealthy,(They own several Steel Forges and numerous other Holdings) But,just Like Johnny Carson....All the money in the World could'nt save him...The Grim Reaper doesn't give a Rats Behind HOW MUCH Money you have..

And,I also look at it this way....Heaven willing.... 30 Years ago I was 15. 30 years from now,I'll be 75. The "median Age" of longevity for Males in the U.S. is something like 72 or 74. Need I say more? Life is short...enjoy it to it's fullest!...:)
