I have used Eurosport for 2 years now. Lee really knows Ferrari's, and has done quite a bit of work on my dino. His dad owned the Ferrari repair shop, and he took over from his father, who worked at the factory in Italy. Yes, they aren't the best at returning calls, but their work is excellent, and they're really nice to deal with.

 

I wondered if you were ever on here!

Just an FYI. I reached out to Johnny Fleeman if any here know him. He owns the Legends restaurant chain and use to have a few Formula 1 race viewings at his restaurant in Smyrna just off I-24. He said he would be willing to set up a few this year, if enough people are interested. It was always fun back in the late 2000's. We just tried to tip the servers well, who agreed to come in early on a Sunday morning for us to have food and drinks for the race. Anyway, this is an informal pole to see if there would be enough interest. We usually took a short drive either before or after the race depending on the time of day! I hope this isn't a hijack of the thread. I will start a different one if it gets a lot of interest.

 

Sounds like fun. I'd join in when I could, so I'd want to know it this becomes an event. So far, this has been a very exciting year for Ferrari in F1. 16 & 55 !

Johnny Fleeman, Legends, Smyrna355Spider , Lee at Eurosport, etc: that sounds like (excellent) old times! If some dates come together, I'll drive down to join in.

 

This past Friday I had the chance to talk to the GM of Prancing Horse of Nashville. He's a super nice guy and, like most of us, has had a long love affair with Ferrari. The best part is we're already talking about that special pre-opening event for FCA.

 

Interesting to see what comes up when you web search for "FCA nashville".

 

I've never joined that "southeast" FCA, because I don't live in Atlanta.
(If I lived in Atlanta, I wouldn't care about a Nashville dealer. )

I see a Nashville dealership as independence from Atlanta.

Just drove past the location twice today, going to/from Nashville.
Yes, you can see the building from Rt 40.
(And it looks a lot like the pix from early April. E.g. not done yet. )
