Yes, Z3 2.0 6cyl. Nothing special but it’s fun to drive. It’s a labour of love, there’s a back story to this car posted in this thread a few years back. It’ll never get sold (again), my youngest will end up with it someday
That’s lovely Greg I get the feeling we’ll have our car for a while we’re already clocking up the memories loving every minute I hope we never lose our car every member of the family has grown very fond of it indeed, great story cheers Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Gabby had a Saab 9-3 Aero convertible, which I thought was "quirky" - very fast with alarming amounts of torque steer and chassis twist, but a good thing. We kept it through the first two kids - easier to load a kid into the baby seat than a 4 door when the top was down. Third pregnancy brought on the Lexus and it was sold. No tears. No, not looking to buy it back. The Z3 story is similar to my QV story - just ask Horse.
Brought the 928 home today. Slow drive home in traffic but no dramas. Look forward to getting acquainted Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
love it !! I had a remote control one of these in silver when I was a kid they look incredible and those red tartan seats are a real trip, have fun and good luck with the car. cheers Greg
I love that interior I dropped by CTS during the week and thought that the seats looked fantastic I was surprised that you bought an auto but I assume it will make the drive to/from work a bit easier Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Manuals are almost nonexistent. I was sucked in by the interior. See how I go with it but the auto seems to suit the GT nature of the car by all reports
The tartan seats and those wheels - I remember seeing it at the motorshow when it was released. No more 911's, I thought. There was one at the hillclimb with custom cross-over manifolds and a mouth full of webers - sounded mean.
