My car had a problem with its actuator and since it has been serviced and issue repaired, my F-dealer adjusted PIS cause in his opinion clutch on my car engaged too early.
Now my car runs fine, but I have the feeling that the clutch now slips a bit when starting in first gear. Does not slip at all when car is running even when I really push it changing gears up or down.

Moreover the SF2 now engages with quick shifts only when I really push very very hard on throttle and give huge acceleration...I have the feeling that before this service I had 60ms shifts even by softer accelerations...

My clutch is basically new (8% wear) so it is impossible that I need a new one. But car did not have the same slippage before PIS has been reset.

    Any suggestions guys?

Slippage is normal in first. There will be no noticeable slippage when changing into other gears as the system matches the revs with the road speed perfectly. When he said that it was engaging too early I assume he meant (and you should have noticed) that when cold (faster idle) and on level ground the car will creep all by itself. Mine did that after the TCU was swapped for one from a CS and the tech readjusted the PIS. Now I get more slip than before.

I only get SF2 shifts when hard on the throttle. When babying it, the shifts feel like my old F430. When starting from a standstill, it has to slip to some degree. This all sounds normal to me, unless there is something wrong with my car as well.

Sounds normal to me. Just like my car and the other 2 scuds I've driven.

Shift speed is proportional to throttle setting and rpm. Just like you described. Think of it like the pneumatic bypass valves. This schedule shows you what I mean, courtesy of Stef. Manettino setting also affects shift speed (and bypass valve opening).

SF2 engages only in the following situation:
Sport, Race, CT off or CST off
    Revs are > 5000
    Throttle is more than 40%
    Traction control is not active
    Water temp above 70 c
    Oil above 15 c

It is extremely easy to activate and you certainly don't have to be on max attack, as long as you are at 5000 rpm and >40% throttle with a warm engine then every change is SF2.
If it is proving difficult to activate then something is wrong.

Down changes are not normally SF2 since the >40% throttle condition is not met! However you can also activate it for a down change for say a rapid overtake by hitting the throttle just before asking for the down change - SF2 downshift results and is pretty addictive. Also worth reminding that the SF2 works with multiple gear selection, particularly useful in the overtake example, floor it and request 1, 2 or 3 gear drop, the gearbox will skip the number of gears requested all in a single 60 ms interval - hang on the first time you try it!
