That occurred here as well. Think though that there is some clever disguising
going on there to fool the eye.

Porsche never get involved in a deal like this unless they know they've got a competitive
advantage in the rules. We'll have to wait and see what they have up their sleeves when
    the car is officially announced.

Agree. I smell another LeMans victory. There is some distinct advantage to this car and since they are ahead of time, I see this car being put into a test cycling later this year. By the time it see LeMans....its will be bug free and able to dominate the race.

It does need Lowenbrau livery though. :D

Sorry but it will be very difficult to beat Audi at "their" game. The Porsche is a good car but there is nothing so trick in it that will give it a special advantage. Porsche will have to work hard and earn it-just like anyone else.

    Now if Audi leaves.....

Audi is considering supplying engines to the Indy Car Series. If so, then you would expect them to leave Lemans.

    We shall see.

I do wonder just how much information/technology will be shared between the two companies within the VW group now in LMP1 or if both Audi and Porsche's development of their cars will remain solely within their own teams.

If ultimately the VW group are footing the bill for both teams it will be interesting to see just how competitive they are with each other.

I have a family member working for Porsche Motorsports. There will be NO shared development or information between these two companies!

Since Ferrari as a factory has stopped entering Le Mans, Porsche has become my favourite make.
Porsche has supported endurance racing since 1950, in the prototype class, or in GT, and deserves to win again.
I hope success won't be long to come, and that the Diesel era at Le Mans will stop: I never enjoyed those years.
