DEFINITION 1.1 New Power is applicable to vehicles between the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty and twelve years from the original date of sale. The Warranty start and end period is indicated on the cover sheet of this document. 1.2 The service can be activated from the twelfth year of the vehicle's life (including the twelfth) for a maximum of three renewals. The request can be made at any time during the applicable period. The Warranty cannot exceed the fifteenth year. 1.3 Before activating the service (approximately one week prior), the vehicle must undergo a dedicated technical inspection. The vehicle must pass the parameters listed on the specific model check list. 1.4 Activation of the service is subordinate to approval by Ferrari. Ferrari reserves the right to verify, along with the Network Dealership/Workshop, the technical suitability of the vehicle. 2. Operations that require labor only are not covered. 3. EXCLUSIONS This Agreement does not cover faults related to: § Non genuine accessories fitted by the dealer or any third party § Vehicle geometry. § Normal noise, vibrations, everyday wear and tear of the components. § Wind noise, leaks from the seals between the sunroof and the bodywork or door windows, for which you should refer to the instructions in the Owner’s Manuals. § Wind noise, leaks from the Lexan windows. § Labor required for the removal/refitting and replacement of components NOT provided for in the previous chapter, 2. “Coverage”. § Operations involving labor only or adjustments § The covered vehicle being used as a rental car or for any other commercial use. § The covered vehicle being used for racing and/or competition. TRANSFERRING THIS AGREEMENT During the term of this Agreement, You may transfer this Agreement to a private owner who buys the Covered Vehicle from You. There is no transfer fee or charge. To transfer this Agreement, before selling the Covered Vehicle, you must take the Covered Vehicle to an Authorized Ferrari Dealer for inspection (charges may apply). The transfer will not take effect until the Authorized Ferrari Dealer receives approval from Ferrari for the transfer. This Agreement cannot be transferred if the Covered Vehicle is traded or sold to an independent dealer or broker, other than an Authorized Ferrari Dealer. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Except as expressly stated below under the State Specific Modifications section, You may not cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of all or any portion of the Purchase Price. GENERAL AMENDMENTS THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT FOR INSURANCE. This contract does not cover consequential damages or pre-existing conditions.
