Thank you for the reply. When I questioned it, they claimed they had to send pictures of the tires to Ferrari. The minimum tread depth is listed as 5/32", they measured 3/32". My rough eyeball says there is way more then 3/32" left. Tires are OEM Bridgstones.

I was planning on replacing the tires anyway, not from tread depth but from age. But since the end of the driving season isn't too far away here in Chicago, I know I could have waited until next season. I had just purchased a full set from Tirerack when they had a sale. I took them to the dealer last night and told them to go ahead and change them. More money for the dealer. I'm sure they were hoping to get the sale of the tires too.

Typical with this warranty. Usually doesn't cover the things that do break.

Is thermostat excluded from New Power Warranty? Can’t imagine it is. Bought a 2017 Ferrari with 11,000 miles and the new power warranty, from Ferrari dealership. It’s certified preowned (CPO) and soon after I bought it the car broke down on the highway, with engine overheating, smoke billowing out and multiple “system failures.” I was able to get off the highway, stop car and have it towed. Dealership is saying it’s the thermostat and that it’s not covered. They’re saying I need to pay $1,400 for it he fix. I have owned a lot of nice cars and can’t imagine Ferrari new power warranty excludes something like this. If I hadn’t pulled over immediately it would have been been a very expensive repair. Anybody know?
