New Prototype Testing - 612 ??? Shooting Brake??

With the rear brake light cut out so high, combined with the relative angle on the windshield/door, i think that it would be impossible for this car to not be a shooting brake. Excellent pictures!!

 

One thing everybody seems to agree upon is the new direct injected V12 sounds great. If they manage to infuse some of the 599 GTO sound into the car, there will be many happy campers, even at $350-400K a pop.

Thanks for the shots, I really like the proportions of the front end and can't wait until we get a launch to take a look but wouldn't want it to be a shooting brake. From looking at the photographs I have the feeling it might go two ways resembling older lines. One would be like the 250 GTO or the Daytona.

This sounds & looks like an interesting Ferrari to me. I've always wanted to own a 2+2 Ferrari but have never been enamored by the previous versions, so maybe this is it!

 

That's a photoshop of Giugiaro's GG50 (below). The sketches in post #4 are the only accurate ones so far, and must have been created by someone who's seen the car as the latest pics from Shawn are confirming.

Very curious to see what Ferrari and Pininfarina have done with this beauty!

Luca said something about bringing something "very different" to Geneva. Regardless of the "eco-friendly" technology used in this car, I'm sure for a Grand Tourer it will come back as the best in the world. Even more than the Scaglietti was when it rolled out.

I think the sketches are from F. Those of you that say sketches are ugly, will love the real car even if it will be 100% the one from the sketches. I'll put a bet on this!
