    Official videos from Maserati. http://www.maseratiquattroporte.com/#quattroporte

The front is impressive, very Maserati, very sexy!

The profile is great, very elegant.

Only the rear is not up-to-par with the rest of the design, but seeing it on a video is better than with pictures.

    The interior seems very luxurious.

    And.....530hp V8, that's fantastic.

Actually, this new engine (Ferrari has done the right thing by accepting such power in a Maserati) may sell a lot cars because that's what many people wanted.

Our QPs were not powerful enough for a significant segment of the exotic buyers. Things just changed!!

Very nice. All-new Maserati designed engine. Probably direct injection, and will probably be used in the next gen GT. The features of this V8 may show what's to come in the V6 as well.

Several online news website mentioned the following specifications:

. The 3.0 liter V6 is twin-turbocharged and produces 410 bhp, four-wheel drive is an option. The Quattroporte V6 will get you to 60 mph in just about 5 seconds and top out a 177 mph.

. The 3.8 liter V8 twin-turbo pumps out 530 bhp, and should hit the 60 mph mark in 4.7 seconds and top out at 191 mph. Both engine are mated to an 8-speed automatic manufactured by ZF.

If this is officially confirmed by Maserati, these specifications look yummy!

Except for 1 thing so far: the Quattroporte V8 should be closer to 4 seconds for the 0-60 mark, a result close to 5 seconds is not up-to-par with the competition and would be disappointing for an egine with 530hp.
