It would appear so. If they are legit anfd know the market, they wouldn't be asking so little. Plus, sellers from that corner of the world don't seem to have a very good track record on places like Ebay. My guess is that it is a scam.
the black leather looks nice. I never liked black interiors because they are usually rubbed with stuff to make them all shiny, which I hate. But that looks nice. Oh, and yes, almost assuredly a scam.
