New Scud, need paint protection advice

    Looking for a full car paint protection and have no idea when it comes to waxes, polishes, ceramic coatings, PPF's, films, and what brands are recommended? I'm not confident enough to DIY so will be looking for a Cheshire/ NorthWest UK specialist to get my new toys paint protected.
    Any and all advise welcomed.

    Mine has a full wrap, but I don't know if I would repeat that. I would look at wrapping the full front clip, mirror, and rocker panels. That is where most of the chips happen.

    Paint Protection Film/PPF holds up best for small rock chips, bugs, etc. It's not as good against the large stuff, but any protection is better than none. There are several brands of PPF out there. Look locally for an installer, ask some local f-car owners or the closest dealer as to who they use. It was $1800 for my car from the windshield forward, miters and wheel wells.
    There are multiple threads in this detailing forum on PPF
    There are also the ceramic coatings that will protect paint from the elements for long periods of time (without the need to wax) but do nothing to prevent rock chips, etc. All depends what you are looking for.
