Hi everyone, just picked up my SF90, what a car! Pics and review to follow, initial impressions definitely positive. Quick couple of questions, anyone know if its possible to have the mirror dip in reverse? Also trying to figure out if there is a comfort access option - I've got the electric leather seats, would like for them to slide back/down when the car turns off/door opens. Thanks for all the learnings so far, this forum has been great!
Congrats on your new car ! I didn’t see anything about the comfort seats or mirror in the manual. However the manual does talk about a “mirror display” from a rear facing camera. AFAIK, this option is not available on the sf90 but could potentially be upgraded later. If so, this may remove the need to a rear view mirror adjustment.
Enjoy your new car, drive safe and make sure you shares some pics, mine has been delayed until mid May so I need to salivate over yours for a while
Thanks guys, really enjoying this so far, coming from a huracan evo it’s totally different, the looks on peoples faces when you move in near silence is priceless. Will upload more pics as well. Ps the side mirror does dip in reverse still can’t seem to find anything to help with the seats moving back automatically when the door opens except for saving m3 as the most reclined option and pressing it every time. Congratulations on your SF90, I just took delivery of my Spider, phenomenal car, just like yourself I have a Lamborghini also, mine is a Performante, they couldn’t be more different, absolutely love both. Could you be kind enough to share how to dip the side mirror in reverse? TIA and congrats once again.
i actually have no idea how I managed to get it to do that - possibly try adjusting the mirror whilst in reverse?
I have tried all sorts of things, the dealer seems to think it's an optionional extra, I had no idea that was the case, if it's true it's ridiculous they make the littlest thing an option, things you generally get free with run of the mill entry level cars, it's not the cost I am concerned with it's mainly the fact that you have to think of everything and try to figure it all out when you place your order. I have sent the dealer a photo of the options plate and he's trying to figure it out for me at the moment.
I have just tried mine and it does dip the mirrors automatically when I reverse, I have the electric memory seats
I have the same setup. Performante and SF90 stradale AF, Couldnt agree more. Totally different and totally worth loving both in their own ways . i would not swap one for the other . ! Greetings from Dubai.
I think the mirrors only dip in reverse if you have electric seats. I have sports seats and mine does not dip? I also have Tecnica, SVJ, and MC20 and they are all different. Love my SF90 as it drives so well. Ferrari is more refined and modern and Lambors are more raw. Mc20 is closer to Ferrari than a Lambo and drives really well as well.
Thank you guys, makes sense on the electrical seats and the reverse mirror, my car has sports seats. @Dane100, I experienced the Tecnica in Modena few weeks back during the shakedown of my Essenza, such a beautiful car and sounds so good, congratulations, have you taken delivery? What color combo?
@Fortis Yes, it's a wonderful car and sounds really good. Mine was one of the first ones and arrived in Dec 2022. I ordered in Blu Glauco with an orange interior and calipers. Essenza is a beast. How do you like it? I guess you must be getting the special edition Urus to match your car.
Love the color on your Tecnica, The Essenza is something else, I was driving it at Paul Ricard at the beginning of this month, it's an experience which will stay with me for the rest of my life, one thing it ruined for me is any kind of street sports car LOL, I can not wait to go back to Italy. I was offered the Urus just like everyone else who owns an Essenza but I decided against it, now that you mentioned it I might look into keeping it in Europe, I might revisit it.
