Driving up and down the M20 today, they appear to be putting in some new style cameras. There are around 16 of the things on a 2 mile stretch of the m'way just north of Maidstone as you go up the hill. They look like normal security cameras,but there are way too many for that. They are onn long thin poles and they are (currently) facing across the cariageway from both sides. Any thoughts as to what big brother is up to now ?? Are these more dreaded SPECS cameras ?
If they are SPECS (which they may well be) they should be in groups of three, a main camera flanked by two pods either square or round in shape. http://www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk/specs.htm
