I am contemplating purchasing Michelin Pilot sport 2 tires for my 360 spider. Feedback appreciated.
Do I need directional tires for the front?

The actual tread width of the Michelin is 10 mm narrower than the Bridgestones of the same size. It is very noticeable. I regretted getting the Michelins.

I hit a pothole last week and it cost me a rim and tire. I had someone tell me he felt the sidewalls on the PS2s were not as strong as the other tires and that the tires damages more easily. I would appreciate anyones input on that.

I believe the PS2 side walls are very soft as well. I run them on my AMG with 19" rims and have had two blown front tires (not at the same time) by hitting potholes. I did not have these problems before with Yoko AVS.
