I use Stokes Tire on Santa Monica Blvd and 11th for all my tire and wheel-related needs.

Hanks tires in the valley worth the drive. They have the know how and staff who know how to handle rims. only use them for any high end exotic car rims.

Best not to publicly address this. totally kudos for a nice set up like that however should and issue arise up best have a fixed location with road haz to take care of any issue. found I paid more for rack and plus the shipping charge eats up any savings.

There is a sweet spot for savings when buying tires mail order, $600-800 total purchase prive the saving is non existitence, because the shipping is generally greater than the sales tax savings, when the tire pricing exceeds over the $1000, i found generally the sales tax savings is worth it as the shipping for 4 tires from NV is cheaper than the 9% sales tax...

Further more, fixed location versus a mobile outfit has no bearing om the quality of service, I would challenge the conveince of a mobile outfit versus a brick and mortwr store.

Lastly when it comes to road hazard, i.e. Flat tire / leaking tire , cause by puncture / nail ? I would never plug or patch a tire on a car with tires that are V,Z, Y rated. On a passenger car with speed rating below 130mph it is safe. I would not want to plug / patch a tire on a vehicle capable of near 200mph, so it the case of road hazard, i would simply replace it with a new tire. No advantage from a brick and mortar store....

we use Hunter Engineering Equipement, TC3900 Tire Changer, the machine / arm does NOT contact the wheel / rim and Smart Weight / Quick Match wheel balancer, we are competent in mounting low profile tires, wider wheels up to 13 inch wide / 335mm width and 25-30 series tires.
