Thanks for the warm welcome guys!! After graduation i plan on moving to Chicago and working for a real estate developer and my goal is to be off on my own by 27 or 28. I had an internship last summer in Chicago with Ranquist Development and i loved it. Check out there website if you all are into modern residential homes and condo's. www.ranquistdevelopment.com

Ohh do i have senioritis. I am trying to round up some interviews with in the next two weeks for spring break but i am moving like a sloth. Cant stand being lazy.

As far as wanting to own ferrari's in the future? with out a doubt, my friends hate me because its all i talk about.

    Well enough ranting.

    Thanks again

    Billy

HS on the Illinois side, class of 1984. Western Illinois Univ 1987. Go Leathernecks!

Getting older aint so bad If you have a plan and lead a clean life without a lot of drama. Hell, I'm 40 and still feel like I'm in my late 20's.

I think that I did take to long pondering the thought of getting a Fcar and should have done it sooner, but I finaly got off my ass and made the jump and I can't be happier for it. If you can afford to make the jump in your 20's I say go for it! It doesn't have to be brand new to enjoy it. I've kinda picked up from the others that you buy one to start on and then roll it over into a better one as you go or keep it in your stable and have TWO! etc etc and thats how you end up with a stable full of F horses! Woohoo!
