    I drop $3500 and take 2 *years* and many certified letters to the CA DOJ, (and the usual federal NICS background check, and 10 day 'wait') and criminals buy stolen police guns for $100 out of the trunks of cars, but I digress! New toy time!

    (note, 10 round mag must stay bolted in place because our state is crazy. Criminals do this too of course.)

    Oh yeah, it's a 1/3MOA performer, maybe even better.

    You better have one epic set of titties!

    Http://www.jprifles.com/ makes the CTR. It is a legal semi-automatic rifle in .223rem caliber in most states (CA, NJ, and MA and a few others ban it). Nothing really substantially different from say a Browning BAR deer rifle (except the CTR is a little more accurate and fires a smaller round.)

    It looks[/b] a lot like an Army M-16, but the M-16 is full-auto.
